The Queen City Open – BJJ

The Queen City Open is an Annual Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament held in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Queen City Open is sanctioned by the Saskatchewan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation Inc.  All athletes require a SaskBJJ Membership in order to compete.

We are now using the Smoothcomp tournament software to make your experience and the organizers experience smooth.

Coaches please register your academy in Smoothcomp as this will allow you to track your competitors and allow your students to register under the correct Academy Name.  This will also allow competitors not to be place against team mates in the first round.

PRE-REGISTRATION FEES

Competitors 14 years and younger – $70.00 for 2 divisions.
Competitors 15 years and older – $80.00 for 2 divisions.
Adult competitors – $80.00 for 2 divisions.

All Fees for competitors after pre-registration will be an additional $10.00.

14 years and younger – $80.00
15 years and older – $90.00
Adult competitors – $90.00

TICKET PRICES

Spectator Ticket Prices at the Door – $10.00
Kids 6 years and older – $5.00
Kids 5 years and under are admitted FREE

WEIGH INS

Weigh-ins will take place as soon as you arrive at the tournament.  Make sure you have signed up for the right division, and made any changes to your registration on athlete check day or risk disqualification.

Any athlete who fails to appear when called to compete will forfeit the match.

The event organizers will not tolerate any unsportsman like conduct or disrespectful behavior.

No refunds, due to missing weight, injury or any other for scene circumstances.

You can not change divisions, if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund.
